Ovivo Acquires FilterBoxx Water & Environmental

Ovivo Inc. has acquired the business of FilterBoxx Water & Environmental Corp., a Calgary-based provider of modular and mobile water and wastewater treatment solutions. Ovivo will operate the business as FilterBoxx Inc., aiming to expand its industrial footprint in North America and grow recurring revenues through FilterBoxx’s rental, turnkey installation and plant operations capabilities.
