Dover Corporation announced it will acquire Sys‑Tech Solutions, Inc., d/b/a Systech International, a provider of product traceability, serialization and brand-protection software. Systech will join Dover’s Markem‑Imaje business unit to expand Dover’s product identification and traceability software and recurring-service offerings.
