Latch, Inc. (rebranding as DOOR) has agreed to acquire HelloTech, Inc., an on-demand in-home technology installation and support platform. HelloTech will operate as a subsidiary and its platform will form the foundation of the new DOOR Services business to deliver nationwide home and multifamily service offerings.
