Ardent Mills to Acquire Hinrichs Trading Company Operations

Ardent Mills announced plans to acquire substantially all of the business operations of Hinrichs Trading Company, a family-owned pulse sourcing, cleaning and packing business headquartered in Pullman, Washington. The acquisition is intended to expand Ardent Mills' specialty ingredient capabilities — particularly chickpea solutions — and support growth in plant-based and specialty grain markets.
