Heads Up Technologies Acquires ALTO Aviation

Heads Up Technologies, a portfolio company backed by JLL Partners, has acquired ALTO Aviation, a Sterling, Massachusetts-based designer and manufacturer of premium OEM and aftermarket cabin audio and cabin management systems. The acquisition expands Heads Up's product portfolio and strengthens its presence in the OEM and aftermarket business aviation markets.

Heads Up Technologies (HUT) has acquired Innovative Advantage, a Kirkland, Washington-based cabin management system (CMS) specialist, marking HUT's third acquisition in three years. The deal expands HUT's proprietary cabin technologies—combining Innovative Advantage's AVDS platform with HUT's lighting and control systems and Alto Aviation's audio capabilities—to offer fully integrated cabin solutions for business and commercial aircraft.

Bain Capital Acquires Aerospace Technologies Group (ATG); Joins with Jamco to Expand Cabin Interiors Platform

Highlander Partners Acquires Liteye Systems
