BP3 Global Acquires DigiBlu SA

BP3 Global has completed the acquisition of Cape Town–based intelligent automation consultancy DigiBlu SA, expanding BP3's capabilities in Intelligent Automation, digital workforce solutions and consumption-based as-a-service models. The deal strengthens BP3's presence across North America, Europe and Southern Africa and is the firm's eighth acquisition and second since Horizon Capital's investment in November 2021.

Austin-based BP3 Global has acquired San Jose-based transformAI, an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) provider that combines RPA and AI. The transaction adds transformAI's IDP technology and hosted managed-service capabilities (including Sherpa and FastTrack APIs) to BP3's intelligent automation offerings to accelerate solutions for accounts payable, insurance claims, medical records and other document-heavy workflows.

Horizon Capital Announces Growth Investment in BP3 Global

Horizon Capital has made a significant growth investment in BP3 Global to accelerate the company's organic growth and to fund a buy-and-build strategy. The capital package (with debt financing provided by DunPort Capital Management) will support BP3's plans for multiple acquisitions and expansion of its intelligent automation services across new markets. Founders Lance Gibbs and Scott Francis will remain in leadership roles while Horizon takes board seats.

The acquisition gives Pipeline Technique immediate capabilities in infrastructure, nuclear, LNG, hook-up and decommissioning markets and expands its presence in the UK (Invergordon) and Norway (Bergen).
