KODA Enterprises Group, through its portfolio company V-TEK, has acquired A & J Programming (A&J Assembly, Inc.), a San Jose-based provider of quick-turn IC programming and taping services. A&J will continue operating from its San Jose facility with founder Jim Howell remaining as Director of Operations; the deal expands V-TEK’s service offering and customer reach across semiconductor, defense, medical and automotive end markets.
