Codan Limited Acquires Domo Tactical Communications

Codan Limited has agreed to acquire 100% of US-based Domo Tactical Communications (DTC) from a private equity owner. DTC, a specialist in high-bandwidth wireless MIMO mesh networks serving military, intelligence and public safety customers, has around 140 employees and will broaden Codan's tactical communications capabilities and product offering.

Amadys Acquires SKG Netzwerktechnik and Muth Kommunikationstechnik

Belgium-headquartered Amadys, a portfolio company of Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired Austrian distributor SKG Netzwerktechnik GmbH and German wholesaler Muth Kommunikationstechnik GmbH as part of its buy-and-build expansion in the DACH region. The add-on deals broaden Amadys' footprint and product/ logistics capabilities to support accelerating FTTH and utility network roll-outs across Austria, Germany and Slovakia.

Kadant Inc. Acquires KWS Manufacturing Company, Ltd.

Kadant Inc. completed the acquisition of KWS Manufacturing Company, Ltd. for approximately $84 million in cash, financed primarily through borrowings under Kadant's revolving credit facility. KWS, based in Burleson, Texas, is a manufacturer of screw conveyors, screw feeders, slide gates, and bucket elevators serving food, chemical, and wood process industries; it has about 165 employees and reported $45 million in trailing twelve‑month revenue. The business will join Kadant's Material Handling reporting segment to expand product portfolios and internal capabilities.

Accenture Acquires SKS Group

Accenture has completed its acquisition of SKS Group, a Germany-based consulting firm that helps banks across Germany, Austria and Switzerland modernize technology and meet regulatory requirements using SAP S/4HANA. Approximately 500 SKS Group professionals join Accenture Technology; financial terms were not disclosed.

Methuen-based kSARIA Corporation, a Behrman Capital portfolio company, has acquired Co-Operative Industries Aerospace & Defense (CIA&D), an AS9100-registered manufacturer of wiring harnesses and interconnect products headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. The deal is intended to broaden kSARIA's connectivity product offering and create cross-selling opportunities by combining kSARIA's fiber-optic strengths with CIA&D's electrical interconnect and MRO capabilities.

Gilde-backed conTeyor Group Merges with KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik

Benelux private equity firm Gilde Equity Management will become majority shareholder of the newly merged conTeyor–KTP group after conTeyor Group (Belgium) and Germany-based KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik agreed to merge. The combination creates a leading reusable packaging and storage solutions provider (annual sales ~€200m), with KTP shareholders VR Equitypartner and Wagner Holding retaining a significant minority stake.
