Veritext Expands into ADR with Acquisitions of UWWM, The McCammon Group and Resolute Systems

Veritext Legal Solutions has acquired three alternative dispute resolution (ADR) firms — Upchurch Watson White & Max (UWWM), The McCammon Group and Resolute Systems — to add ADR capabilities to its litigation support and court reporting platform. Matthew P. York joins Veritext as senior vice president, alternative dispute resolution, to lead integration and build the company’s new ADR offering.

The acquisition will expand AAA's online dispute resolution (ODR) capabilities and enable development of a suite of AI-driven ODR products while ODR.com will operate as a separate for‑profit subsidiary under AAA.
