Veritext, a portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners, has acquired Atlanta-based BAY Mediation and Arbitration Services. FourBridges Capital Advisors represented BAY owners Bill Allred and F. Scott Young in the transaction; BAY will operate as a growth platform for Veritext's ADR services in the Southeast while the founders remain involved.

Veritext Legal Solutions Acquires Reportex and BC Reporting Firms

Veritext Legal Solutions has acquired Reportex and its family of British Columbia reporting brands — including United Reporting, Kamloops Reporting Services, All-Star and Island Reporting — expanding Veritext’s litigation and court reporting footprint across Canada. The deal integrates these firms into Veritext’s Canadian network to provide national coverage, advanced litigation technology and remote services; terms were not disclosed.

American Arbitration Association Acquires ODR.com and Resourceful Internet Solutions

The American Arbitration Association (AAA) and its international division, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), have acquired ODR.com Inc. and its parent company Resourceful Internet Solutions Inc. (which owns Mediate.com, Arbitrate.com and other sites). The acquisition will expand AAA's online dispute resolution (ODR) capabilities and enable development of a suite of AI-driven ODR products while ODR.com will operate as a separate for‑profit subsidiary under AAA.
