Blink Charging Acquires Zemetric

Blink Charging has acquired 100% of the equity of Zemetric, a Pleasanton-based EV charging infrastructure startup that offers hardware, software and services for fleets, multi-family and high-utilization destination sites. The Zemetric founding team will join Blink’s leadership as Blink adds Zemetric’s intelligent L2 charging product and energy-management capabilities to expand its commercial and fleet charging offerings.
