Westinghouse Acquires 50% Stake in Tecnatom, Forms JV with Endesa

Westinghouse Electric Company has completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Spanish engineering firm Tecnatom, purchasing shares previously held by Iberdrola and Naturgy. Tecnatom will be operated as a joint venture between Westinghouse and Endesa, strengthening Westinghouse's global nuclear capabilities in refueling, engineering and digital services.
