UK-based Invenio Business Solutions has merged with / acquired US-based LSI Consulting to create an expanded global SAP services organisation. The combined business will operate as a single entity (retaining brands), creating pro forma revenues north of $100m and more than 1,000 employees, with backing from investor BGF and financing support for the deal.

NewLeaf Brands to Acquire Mindleap Health Inc.

NewLeaf Brands Inc. signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire 100% of Mindleap Health Inc. via a share exchange, with consideration of CAD $3.5 million in NewLeaf common shares plus additional cash investments. Mindleap is a digital mental-health and telehealth platform focused on mood, emotion and habit tracking and psychedelic aftercare, and the deal is intended to accelerate Mindleap’s time-to-market and expand NewLeaf’s digital health capabilities.

Learning Technologies Group Acquires Bridge from Instructure

The deal expands LTG's mid-market learning and talent-management capabilities by adding Bridge's LMS, performance and engagement products and its ~80-person team and ~800 customers.

Thrive Acquires Timlin Enterprises to Create Microsoft Collaboration Division

The deal — an add-on to Thrive (a platform backed by M/C Partners) — brings Timlin's engineering and consulting team and deep life sciences expertise into Thrive's NextGen managed services portfolio.
