Mitchell International, Genex Services and Coventry Workers' Comp Services announced the launch of a new parent brand, Enlyte, uniting the three businesses into a combined organization serving the property & casualty claims continuum. The move formalizes prior transactions (Mitchell/Genex merger in 2018 and Coventry acquisition in 2020) under a single brand backed by Stone Point Capital and creates an integrated offering across claims technology, clinical services and provider/network solutions.
