Mitchell International Acquires Medical Consultants Network

Mitchell International, a San Diego–based provider of claims technology and data solutions, has acquired Medical Consultants Network (MCN), a national independent medical exam (IME) and physician peer review services provider founded in Seattle. The acquisition expands Mitchell’s medical management capabilities by integrating MCN’s national provider network and IME/peer review services with Mitchell’s bill review and claims analytics to better serve payors and P&C/customers.
