RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) closed the acquisition of Platinum Plus Gentlemen's Club in Allentown, Pennsylvania for $2.0 million ( $1.5M cash and $0.5M seller financing). The 15,000-square-foot club will operate under RCI's nightclub portfolio and expand the company's presence in the Northeastern U.S.; executive management from the acquired club will remain in place.

RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) closed the acquisition of Platinum West Gentlemen's Club in West Columbia, South Carolina for $8.0 million, comprising $5.25 million cash and $2.5 million seller financing for the club and $1.75 million cash for associated real estate. The purchase expands RCI’s portfolio of high-end adult nightclubs in the Southeast and will be integrated into the company’s marketing, purchasing and systems infrastructure.

ICV Partners Acquires Diversified Restaurant Holdings

ICV Partners completed a cash acquisition of Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. for approximately $130 million, including assumption of debt and transaction expenses. Concurrently, JK&T executed a 15-store area development agreement and sold certain Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants in Florida and Massachusetts to Inspire Brands; ICV will combine the remaining DRH and JK&T locations to create the largest Buffalo Wild Wings franchisee with over 80 restaurants across five states.

VIP Aviation Holdings Acquires VIP Hospitality, LLC

VIP Aviation Holdings, led by aviation and hospitality veterans Robert Greene, Sachi Greene, and Jeff Osatinski, has acquired Seattle-based VIP Hospitality, LLC. The transaction closed on May 2, 2025; Generational Group advised VIP Hospitality on the sale. VIP Hospitality is an airport hospitality and passenger experience services provider and will be integrated under the new ownership to expand operational capabilities and service offerings.

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation Acquires RLH Corporation

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation announced a definitive agreement to acquire RLH Corporation (NYSE: RLH), a franchisor with more than 900 hotels. The deal will expand Sonesta's scale and franchising capabilities, creating a combined company with roughly 1,200 hotels across multiple brands; the transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2021 and will be funded with cash-on-hand and/or capital contributions from Sonesta's shareholders.
