Tanknology Acquires Northwest Tank and Environmental Services

Tanknology Inc., a subsidiary of D&H United Fueling Solutions and a global provider of environmental compliance testing and fuel-quality services, has acquired Northwest Tank and Environmental Services, a Woodinville, Washington–based provider of underground storage tank compliance services and meter calibrations. The acquisition expands Tanknology's geographic capacity in the U.S. Northwest, adds technical staff and capabilities, and enables the combined company to offer additional proprietary testing and inspection services.

Tanknology Acquires Norton Corrosion Limited

The deal expands Tanknology’s corrosion prevention capabilities and service footprint, enabling nationwide deployment of Norton’s solutions and broader access to petroleum, utility and industrial customers.

Island Pump and Tank Acquires C 3 Technologies LLC

Island Pump and Tank, a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, has acquired C 3 Technologies LLC, a New Jersey-based provider of petroleum tank service, compliance, testing, disposal and installation services. The acquisition densifies Island Pump's Northeastern footprint and expands its compliance and testing capabilities; financing for the transaction was provided by Capital Southwest Corporation and C 3 founder Manny Alvarez will remain involved.

D&H United Acquires Valley Tank Testing

D&H United Fueling Solutions acquired Valley Tank Testing, a Houston-based provider of underground and above-ground storage tank testing, compliance, and inspection services. The acquisition expands D&H United’s environmental compliance services and will have Valley Tank Testing operate as a standalone division; D&H United is PE-backed by KLH Capital, which recapitalized the company in 2020.
