Tanknology Acquires Northwest Tank and Environmental Services

Tanknology Inc., a subsidiary of D&H United Fueling Solutions and a global provider of environmental compliance testing and fuel-quality services, has acquired Northwest Tank and Environmental Services, a Woodinville, Washington–based provider of underground storage tank compliance services and meter calibrations. The acquisition expands Tanknology's geographic capacity in the U.S. Northwest, adds technical staff and capabilities, and enables the combined company to offer additional proprietary testing and inspection services.

The add-on deal (closed April 30, 2020) expands Tanknology’s geographic footprint, technical capabilities and customer base to accelerate growth under HRCP ownership.

The acquisition expands Corrosion Innovations' product portfolio and global footprint in corrosion prevention, integrating HoldTight's salt-removal and flash-rust prevention solutions into its offerings.

Atlas Copco Group has acquired National Tank & Equipment (NTE), a Houston-based specialty rental provider of fluid-transfer and fluid-storage solutions. NTE (about 310 employees) will join Atlas Copco’s specialty rental division within the Power Technique business area, expanding the group’s rental capabilities and US presence.
