Criticore (Huron Capital) Acquires Jenco Inc.

Huron Capital’s portfolio company Criticore has acquired Scottsdale-based electrical contractor Jenco Inc., marking Criticore’s second add-on following its 2023 investment in RK Electric. The acquisition expands Criticore’s geographic footprint into the Phoenix/Scottsdale market and broadens its mission-critical commercial electrical services capabilities across end markets such as semiconductor, data centers, biotech, and healthcare; Jenco founder Kelly Anderson will remain as President of Jenco.
