iNRCORE Acquires Vanguard Electronics

iNRCORE, a family-of-brands manufacturer of high-reliability magnetics backed by The Jordan Company, has acquired Vanguard Electronics, a Huntington Beach, California-based maker of catalogue and custom inductors and transformers. Vanguard will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of iNRCORE (retaining its Huntington Beach HQ and a manufacturing facility in Mexicali, Mexico); the deal was advised by KAL Capital Markets LLC.
