iNRCORE, an affiliate of The Jordan Company’s Resolute Fund IV, has acquired Gowanda Components Group from Addison Capital Partners. The deal combines iNRCORE and Gowanda to create a global magnetics platform, expanding product capabilities across communications, aerospace & defense, medical devices and other high-reliability end markets.
