iNRCORE Acquires Vanguard Electronics

iNRCORE, a family-of-brands manufacturer of high-reliability magnetics backed by The Jordan Company, has acquired Vanguard Electronics, a Huntington Beach, California-based maker of catalogue and custom inductors and transformers. Vanguard will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of iNRCORE (retaining its Huntington Beach HQ and a manufacturing facility in Mexicali, Mexico); the deal was advised by KAL Capital Markets LLC.

iNRCORE (Resolute IV / The Jordan Company) Acquires Gowanda Components Group

TechPro Power Group Acquires Sentinel Power Services

TechPro Power Group Inc. has acquired Sentinel Power Services, Inc., including its subsidiaries Pencore Engineering & Consultants, LLC and Sentinel Field Services, LLC. The acquisition brings NETA-accredited electrical testing, commissioning, EPC and field-service capabilities into TechPro’s family of electrical and commissioning service businesses and will allow Sentinel to continue operating from its Tulsa, Oklahoma headquarters under existing management.

Emerald Lake Capital Management Invests in CORE Transformers

Terms were not disclosed; Emerald Lake said it will support CORE with investments in talent, technology, and inventory and pursue select acquisitions to broaden the company's service offerings and market position.

Ltd. in two simultaneous transactions valued at a combined enterprise value of approximately $462 million in cash and stock. The acquisitions expand and diversify Standex Electronics' product portfolio in instrument transformers and related electrical grid components; the founders and leadership of the Amran/Narayan Group will remain involved to support integration and growth.
