CTI Towers Acquires SCI Towers

CTI Towers, a portfolio company of Palistar Capital, has completed the acquisition of SCI Towers, an independent communications tower developer that CTI had partnered with since 2016. The deal adds a significant number of recently-built towers and sites in development—primarily in the Southeastern United States—to CTI Towers' existing portfolio of ~1,200 towers.

Accelevation Acquires Instor Solutions

Accelevation LLC, a portfolio company of LFM Capital, has acquired Instor Solutions, a data center equipment integrator headquartered in Fremont, California. The add-on acquisition (financial terms undisclosed) expands Accelevation's data center capabilities by integrating Instor's white-space design, low-voltage installation and project management services with Conatech's containment and infrastructure manufacturing; the deal was supported by strategic investments from Tecum Capital and Centerfield Capital Partners.
