Coinbase has acquired BUX's Cyprus unit, BUX Europe Limited, and rebranded it as Coinbase Financial Services Europe. The deal secures a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) licence allowing Coinbase to offer contracts for differences (CFDs) and passport services across EEA member states, supporting its European expansion and MiCA compliance.

JP 3E Holdings Acquires Majority Stake in Bloxcross

The buyer plans to relaunch the Soccerex brand from a new headquarters in Miami, Florida to rebuild operations, accelerate Soccerex’s presence in the United States and develop its media capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

3i Infrastructure plc has completed a $512 million acquisition of a 100% stake in Global Cloud Xchange (GCX), a global data communications service provider and owner of a large private subsea fiber optic network. 3i Infrastructure said it will partner with GCX management to invest in the platform—expanding capacity, adding routes and services, and pursuing growth across key markets including India, the Middle East and Europe.
