Gemini Acquires Crypto Custody Developer Shard X

Gemini acquired Shard X, a developer of multi-party computation (MPC) cryptographic technology, and will integrate Shard X’s MPC into Gemini’s multi-site key management and signing infrastructure to speed transfers and support new asset listings.
