XPEL, Inc. (Nasdaq: XPEL) acquired five businesses in the United States and Canada — Shadow Shield, Shadow Tint, North 1 Technologies (FilmWraps), One Armor and Tint Net — for a combined purchase price of approximately $20.1 million. The acquisitions expand XPEL’s installer and distribution footprint in Canada and Arizona and add software/patterning capabilities (FilmWraps), with the combined businesses contributing roughly $17.0 million in annual revenue on a pro forma basis.

Pella Corporation has acquired Weather Shield Windows & Doors, a premium manufacturer of architectural wood and aluminum windows and doors based in Medford, Wisconsin. The acquisition brings complementary product capabilities and premium design expertise to Pella's portfolio to accelerate growth in the premium window and door market; financial terms were not disclosed and Northborne Partners served as Weather Shield's financial advisor.

Green Shield Limited, LLC has acquired FiberCorr Mills, LLC and FiberCorr Sheets, LLC following a Chapter 11 Section 363 sale approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio. FiberCorr, a Massillon, Ohio-based paper mill producing recycled roll stock and medium paperboard for the corrugated box industry, will expand Green Shield’s manufacturing footprint and recycled paperboard capabilities.
