(Nasdaq: XPEL) acquired five businesses in the United States and Canada — Shadow Shield, Shadow Tint, North 1 Technologies (FilmWraps), One Armor and Tint Net — for a combined purchase price of approximately $20.1 million. The acquisitions expand XPEL’s installer and distribution footprint in Canada and Arizona and add software/patterning capabilities (FilmWraps), with the combined businesses contributing roughly $17.0 million in annual revenue on a pro forma basis.
