XPEL, Inc. (Nasdaq: XPEL) has acquired invisiFRAME Ltd., a United Kingdom-based maker of custom bicycle frame protection kits that sells direct-to-consumer and to bicycle shops across the UK, Europe, Australia and the U.S. The acquisition is expected to add roughly $2.7 million in incremental annual revenue and allow XPEL to leverage its global dealer and installer network to expand reach into the bicycle protection market.
