Brandt Information Services, a NexPhase Capital-backed provider of outdoor recreational licensing and reservation software, has acquired Terra Technology Group (TTG), a SaaS provider of outdoor licensing and recreational solutions. The acquisition integrates TTG's platform with Brandt's Go Outdoors product to expand capabilities for government agencies managing licenses, permits and reservations; financial terms were not disclosed.

Canada Cartage Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire The GTI Group, a Montreal-based logistics provider offering brokerage, freight management, forwarding, drayage, intermodal, warehousing and specialized heavy/oversize trucking. Curtiss-Wright Corporation has completed the acquisition of Tactical Communications Group (TCG), LLC for $50 million in cash. TCG, headquartered in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, is a provider of tactical data link software and simulation solutions for military communications and will operate within Curtiss-Wright’s Defense segment to enhance its flight test instrumentation and tactical data link capabilities.
