Zywave, the Milwaukee-based insurance technology provider, acquired Bend, Oregon-based Modgic, a developer of workers' compensation and mod analysis software. The deal expands Zywave's commercial insurance analytics capabilities and will integrate Modgic's reporting and analysis features into Zywave's Analytics Cloud and ModMaster offerings as part of Zywave's ongoing insurtech consolidation strategy.

Brainlabs Acquires Amazon Marketplace Agency Molzi
