Delta Electronics Acquires Trihedral (VTScada)

Delta Electronics (through its Netherlands subsidiary) will acquire 100% of Trihedral Engineering Limited, the Canadian developer of VTScada SCADA and IIoT software, for CAD 45 million. Delta Data — founded in 1985 and serving major banks, retirement recordkeepers, and investment managers — will continue to be led by CEO Whitfield Athey as the buyer invests in product and infrastructure to drive growth.
