Accel-KKR, a Menlo Park-based technology-focused private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of Navis LLC from Cargotec. The deal transfers Navis' full software portfolio and employees to Accel-KKR and is intended to accelerate Navis' SaaS and digitalization strategy while supporting strategic M&A and expansion into inland and other supply-chain solutions.

Navis (Cargotec) Acquires Assets of Biarri Rail

Navis, part of Cargotec Corporation, agreed to acquire the assets of Biarri Rail, a Melbourne-based provider of planning and scheduling optimization software for freight railroads. The acquisition integrates Biarri Rail's SaaS planning and optimization capabilities with Navis' N4 Terminal Operating System to expand Navis' inland/intermodal rail solutions and improve rail operations and asset utilization. The Biarri Rail team will continue operating from Melbourne and Chicago; the deal was expected to close by end of February 2020.

Nauticus Robotics Acquires SeaTrepid International

Nauticus Robotics (NASDAQ: KITT) completed the acquisition of all assets and business of SeaTrepid International, a provider of subsea robotic services, and has begun integrating SeaTrepid operations into Nauticus. The deal is expected to accelerate Nauticus' autonomous subsea services offering and drive operational growth across offshore and defense end markets.

Lynxis LLC Acquires TEDIVO LLC

Danelec Acquires Nautilus Labs' AI Technology Platform
