Casepoint + OPEXUS Acquires mLINQS

Casepoint + OPEXUS, the combined regulatory and compliance software business backed by Thoma Bravo, has acquired mLINQS, a FedRAMP- and DoD IL4-authorized relocation expense management software vendor. The deal expands Casepoint + OPEXUS’s government-focused workflow portfolio by adding workforce mobility and relocation expense management capabilities for federal and commercial clients; financial terms were not disclosed.
