Symphony Technology Group Acquires eProductivity Software from Electronics for Imaging (EFI)

An affiliate of private equity firm Symphony Technology Group (STG) has acquired eProductivity Software (EPS) from Electronics for Imaging (EFI), making EPS an independent, standalone global software company. EPS — a Pittsburgh-based provider of ERP and production software for the packaging and print industries with more than 4,000 customers — will receive STG backing to accelerate technology investments and pursue organic and inorganic growth.

Innovative Systems, founded in 1994 and headquartered in Laguna Hills, California with ~30 employees and 300+ customers, will bring Full Circle Apparel Software, Full Circle Lite (SaaS) and EDI Direct to Aptean's product portfolio.
