3LS, Inc., an employee-owned family of companies based in Nashville, acquired Cincinnati-based managed service provider Intrust IT and will fold the business into its 3LS Professional Services division. The deal expands 3LS's IT capabilities — particularly in managed services, cybersecurity, cloud computing and AI — and makes Intrust 100% employee-owned while positioning the combined business to scale its services nationally.

Entech Acquires IT Solutions (ITS) Group

Entech, a Fort Myers-based managed technology and cybersecurity provider, has completed the acquisition of IT Solutions (ITS) Group of Bradenton. The deal expands Entech's Florida footprint (including Orlando) and enables founders Gary and Mary Hebert to step away while integrating ITS's team into the combined organization of roughly 90 employees serving 300+ businesses.

The acquisition expands BeyondTrust's capabilities in privileged access management (PAM), cloud infrastructure entitlement management (CIEM) and identity governance (IGA), enabling unified orchestration of dynamic, time‑bounded access across cloud, SaaS and on‑prem environments.

Accenture Acquires Innotec Security

Accenture has acquired Madrid-based Innotec Security from parent company Entelgy Group, expanding its cybersecurity-as-a-service, cyber resilience, and managed security services capabilities in Spain. The deal adds approximately 500 cybersecurity professionals to Accenture Security and deepens Accenture's regional footprint and MSS capabilities across Spanish cities including Barcelona, Seville and the Basque Country.
