Zuora Acquires Zephr

Zuora, Inc. has acquired London-based subscription experience platform Zephr for $44 million in cash plus up to $6 million in earnouts. The acquisition adds Zephr's paywall, identity and personalization capabilities to Zuora's cloud subscription management suite, and is expected to contribute approximately $5 million to ARR and about $2 million of subscription revenue in Zuora's fiscal year 2023.

Daxko Acquires Zen Planner

Daxko, a Birmingham-based provider of software for member-based health and wellness organizations, has acquired Zen Planner, a Highlands Ranch/Denver-based member management SaaS provider that serves over 5,500 gyms and studios. The acquisition expands Daxko's reach into the small business segment of the health & wellness market and adds Zen Planner's payments and integrated websites capabilities to Daxko's product portfolio.

Zenoti Acquires SuperSalon

Zenoti, the Bellevue-based cloud SaaS platform for the beauty, wellness and fitness industries, has acquired SuperSalon, a 22-year-old salon management software provider. The undisclosed deal expands Zenoti’s customer reach and capabilities — the combined business will now power over 15,000 salons, spas, medspas and fitness businesses, and SuperSalon CEO Raj Mahajan will join Zenoti as SVP, Corporate Development.

Deel Acquires Zavvy

Deel has acquired Zavvy, a Germany-founded AI-powered performance management and learning & development platform, and will integrate Zavvy into a new product suite called Deel Engage. Zavvy's team will join Deel and its technology will be bundled into Deel's HR offering (Deel Engage) at $20 per user per month; financial terms were not disclosed.

Zeta Global Acquires Marigold's Enterprise Software Business

Zeta Global has completed the acquisition of Marigold's enterprise software business (including Marigold Loyalty, Cheetah Digital, Selligent, Sailthru, Liveclicker, and Grow) for aggregate consideration of up to $325 million. The deal expands Zeta's AI marketing platform capabilities across loyalty, omni-channel engagement, and personalization, broadening its enterprise customer base and subscription revenue streams.

MINDBODY Acquires Bowtie.ai
