XIFIN acquired Computerized Management Services (CMS), a provider of revenue cycle management services for radiology groups and imaging centers; CMS will become a subsidiary and CEO J. Daryl Favale will continue to lead as general manager of XIFIN Radiology Services. The deal expands XIFIN's diagnostics RCM capabilities and footprint into the radiology market, increasing its total addressable market and enhancing its analytics and business intelligence offerings for diagnostic providers.
