XIFIN Acquires OmniSYS from NexPhase Capital

XIFIN, a healthcare IT company, has acquired OmniSYS, a leading provider of cloud-based technology and revenue cycle management solutions for retail pharmacies, from NexPhase Capital. OmniSYS—which serves more than 30,000 pharmacies—will operate as a division of XIFIN with CEO John King continuing to lead the OmniSYS business, expanding XIFIN's reach into the pharmacy market and combining complementary clinical and financial capabilities.
