OmniSYS Acquires Rx-Net (ProfitMax)

OmniSYS, a Dallas-based pharmacy technology company, acquired Rx-Net and its automated prescription pricing solution ProfitMax to expand its product capabilities for retail pharmacies. Rx-Net manages over $4 billion in annual prescription volume with customers across all 50 states, and key Rx-Net personnel are expected to remain to support integration.
