The capital will support scaling LearnWell’s integrated in-school and virtual offerings; the company serves thousands of school districts through a team of educators and therapists and was previously backed by 424 Capital.

SambaSafety Acquires Instructional Technologies, Inc.

(ITI), a Vancouver, Washington-based provider of online driver training and an LMS, to integrate ITI's training content and Sentix LMS into SambaSafety's Qorta continuous driver monitoring platform. The deal adds online training and automated assignment capability to SambaSafety's risk-management offering, enabling customers to close the safety loop with training tied to observed driver behavior.

THI Investments Acquires Empowering Learning Group from Graphite Capital
