MRI Software Acquires Manhattan Real Estate and Workplace Solutions from Trimble

MRI Software has entered into an agreement to acquire Manhattan, the real estate and workplace solutions division of Trimble. The deal expands MRI's occupier and workplace-management capabilities, strengthening its IWMS and lease accounting offerings to better serve commercial property owners, operators and corporate occupiers globally; the transaction was expected to close in the first half of 2021 and is subject to customary closing conditions.

FBi Buildings Acquires Eastern Iowa Building

FBi Buildings, a Remington, Indiana–based post-frame construction firm, has acquired Eastern Iowa Building of Fairfax, Iowa, effective July 1, 2025. The acquisition expands FBi's presence in Iowa, preserves EIB's local operations and warranties, and provides EIB with additional resources and operational support to serve a wider geographic area.

Bureau Veritas Acquires IDP Group

Bureau Veritas has acquired IDP Group, a Barcelona-region specialist in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Project Management Assistance and Digital Twin services, which will become a Bureau Veritas Global Technical Center for BIM and digital solutions. IDP generated €30.2 million in revenue in 2023 and employs roughly 550 specialists; the deal expands Bureau Veritas' Buildings & Infrastructure digital capabilities and strengthens its decarbonization and asset-digitalization offerings.
