Elite, a provider of financial management and business operations solutions for law firms, has acquired Tranch, a B2B invoice automation and payments platform founded in 2021 by Philip Kelvin and Beau Allison. The acquisition embeds Tranch’s payment options — including FedNow bank transfers, card payments and a “Pay Later” offering — into Elite’s SaaS portfolio to accelerate law firm cash collections and expand Elite’s suite of revenue-cycle capabilities.
