Houston-based Space City Services completed the acquisition of La Porte–based TIBC Rentals and Transportation, adding more than 400 containers (frac tanks, roll-off boxes and vacuum boxes) and the TIBC management team. The deal expands Space City Services' environmental and industrial storage and transport capabilities across the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast as part of its ongoing growth-through-acquisition strategy.

Aceto has consolidated and integrated six recent manufacturing-related acquisitions — A&C, A&C Bio Buffer, Cascade Chemistry, Finar, Islechem and Syntor Fine Chemicals — to create a hybrid manufacturing/distribution model that strengthens its GMP manufacturing, R&D and supply-chain capabilities across pharmaceuticals, biopharma, vaccines, nutraceuticals, agri-science and specialty chemicals. Masco Group Acquires Techniserv, Inc.

Masco Group has acquired Techniserv, Inc., a U.S.-based provider of bioreactor and bioprocess systems, to strengthen its U.S. presence and expand its upstream and downstream processing capabilities. Techniserv will continue operating under its current leadership as part of Masco Group's Process Business Unit, bringing a 62,000 sq. ft. Pennsylvania facility and service team to Masco's global platform.

Pilot Freight Services Acquires Metro New York Franchise

Pilot Freight Services, a Glen Mills, Pennsylvania–based transportation and logistics provider backed by ATL Partners and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI), acquired the Metro New York franchise effective November 1, 2020. The franchise and its employees will be integrated into Pilot to increase the company’s operational control and capacity in the high-volume Metro New York inbound and last-mile market, expanding its heavy/bulky and white-glove delivery capabilities.

Leadec Acquires Precis Maschinen und Anlagen Service GmbH
