A&M Capital Europe Acquires La Patria

A&M Capital Europe, the London-based middle-market private equity arm of Alvarez & Marsal Capital, has acquired La Patria, an Italian alarm monitoring and security surveillance services provider. Under AMCE's ownership La Patria will pursue technology and communications investments and explore partnerships and acquisitions to drive organic growth and build scale in remote monitoring services across Italy.
