A&R Logistics, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, has acquired First Choice Logistics, a provider of bulk liquid transportation and logistics services to the chemical industry. The add-on expands A&R's chemical supply chain platform by adding liquid transportation and ISO intermodal capabilities previously operated as an independent unit of Ozinga Bros. Inc.
