Next Glass Acquires Ollie Order

Next Glass acquired Vancouver-based Ollie Order, a Canadian omnichannel multi-tenant alcohol marketplace platform that powers ordering, inventory, payments, invoicing, CRM and government reporting for producers, wholesalers and retailers. Ollie’s founders (Ryan Wilson, Jesse Bannister and Mike Macquisten) will remain in leadership with Ryan Wilson continuing as Ollie CEO and becoming President of Next Glass’s newly formed Next Glass Commerce division. The deal expands Next Glass’s commerce capabilities and accelerates geographic expansion beyond British Columbia into additional Canadian provinces and the U.S.

Oakley Capital Acquires AfterBuy and DreamRobot to Form ECOMMERCE ONE

Oakley Capital Origin Fund has acquired controlling stakes in German e‑commerce SaaS providers AfterBuy and DreamRobot and combined them into the newly formed ECOMMERCE ONE Group. The investment creates a platform to consolidate e‑commerce software services for small and mid‑sized online merchants across the DACH region and support growth through Oakley’s buy‑and‑build expertise.

OdinAnswers Acquires TagRobot to Launch on Shopify App Store

OdinAnswers, a Fairfield, Connecticut-based customer experience analytics startup, has acquired TagRobot, a Shopify app that automates tagging of orders and customers for Shopify and Shopify Plus merchants. The acquisition expands OdinAnswers' product capabilities and merchant footprint (adding TagRobot's hundreds of stores) and was funded from an earlier seed round led by Connecticut Innovations.

Shopify Acquires 6 River Systems

Shopify Inc. has completed its acquisition of 6 River Systems, adding the company’s cloud-based fulfillment software and fleet of collaborative mobile robots to the Shopify Fulfillment Network. The 6 River Systems team of more than 130 employees will remain in Waltham, Massachusetts, and the company’s brand and operations will continue as Shopify expands its fulfillment capabilities.

OpenBots Acquires MyOfficeBot to Enhance RPA Service Capabilities
