TGI Sport Acquires Supponor

TGI Sport, the PE-backed sports media and technology agency owned by Bruin Capital and Quadrant Private Equity, has acquired virtual advertising specialist Supponor for about US$108 million. Supponor will be integrated into TGI Sport’s technology division to expand its virtual advertising capabilities and commercial offering to rights holders, broadcasters and brands.
