Lukka Acquires Blox Finance Crypto Accounting Business

Lukka, the enterprise crypto asset data and software provider, has acquired Blox Finance's crypto accounting and financial data management software business (including blockchain node infrastructure and IP) from Blox. The deal expands Lukka's data management and blockchain coverage to better serve institutional customers and adds redundancy and capabilities for on-chain and off-chain reporting and reconciliation.

Confirma Software, a new Nordic software platform backed by Abry Partners, has acquired three Finnish companies: Computer Program Unit Oy, DL Software Oy and Cash‑In Consulting Oy. The group will operate the businesses under their existing brands and management as part of a Nordic roll-up targeting SME-focused enterprise software and related services, combining more than EUR 16 million in 2019 revenue and about 119 employees.
