Innovative Office Products (IOP), a PE-backed manufacturer of ergonomic office and healthcare mounting solutions, has acquired Louisville-based CompuCaddy, a maker of medical computer carts and workstations. The deal will keep manufacturing in Louisville, retain CompuCaddy's brand and leadership in a consulting role, and supports IOP's expansion into the healthcare market.
