Serent-backed Actionstep has acquired Perth-based legal practice management software provider FilePro. The deal expands Actionstep's footprint in Australia, brings FilePro's ~4,000 legal professional users onto Actionstep's cloud roadmap, and boosts the combined subscriber base to nearly 28,000 while accelerating FilePro's access to cloud technologies and product development investment.
