Planview has completed its acquisition of Plutora, a provider of Value Stream Management (VSM) and software delivery solutions. The deal integrates Plutora's release, test environment, and deployment planning capabilities into Planview's Strategic Portfolio Management and Digital Product Development platform to provide customers end-to-end visibility across the software development lifecycle.
